Get the full experience of weightlifting! This event is for anyone looking to start in weightlifting, compete, or looking to incorporate the movements in their daily routine. This event is great oportunity to learn more about Royal Barbell club and their strength sports team. 

this is a two hour workshop/combine.

  • Breathing and Bracing Techniques
  • Individual Coaching on each  lift
